Irene Morell Rodriguez

Irene is a biologist specializing in Marine Biology and Coastal Systems, with a Master’s degree in Environmental Management. She has more than 15 years of experience on environmental management and climate change adaptation, with a strong focus on the Mediterranean Region, as part of organizations such as IUCN-Med, MedPAN, BLUESEEDS and ENI CBC MED, managing various regional programs contributing to the adaptation of the region to the different environmental challenges it faces. She is also a member of IUCN Commission on Ecosystem Management NbS Thematic Group.
